Let's get into it! Includes 6 weeks, 12 sessions, breaking down to 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks.  Our focus is breaking things down to discover where the disconnect is, to then build the foundation for your family even stronger.  By taking the time to get know your family, we will collectively set goals as a team and then work with you to put them into real time. Talking about it is one thing, where putting into action is another! By combining modeling with real time interventions, we will give you the tools to be successful and feel confident in the steps you're taking with your family.
